  • Well guys, we had a wonderful weekend.  I mean, it was the best weekend in a long time because we went to see Jack Johnson in concert on Friday night in Kansas City!  For those who don't really know, I am overly infactuated with Jack Johnson.  The best part of the show was before when dan and I  got to see a lil mini performance with Jack and Zach Gill and I was no more than 10 feet away from him. Ahhhhh.
    I also got to meet Zach Gill, who is Jacks piano player who just did his first solo album and I got my ticket signed by him and I got a pic with him.  That was pretty darn amazing!  You can listen to his music on itunes or just go to myspace and look him up.
    DAn and I had THE best time!!!  And, Saturday was Dan's birthday so we just hung around Kansas City all day and messed around.  It was a blast.

  • I painted the living room this week.  This is what happens when I get bored at home. I paint something.
    The color is called clear blue.  I love it and it is growing on Dan.  He did not like it at first.  He actually  called it insane asylum white!  But it's a really calming light blue.


    Also, here is a pic of my dining room walls.  I forgot I never posted how the textured and painted walls looked.

    So I learned not too long ago that Grace loves tomatoes!  I hate them but I guess she thinks they are good.  So I bought a tomato for the first time today and cut it for her and it's almost all gone!  She is such a good little eater :)
    Max on the other hand is the pickiest kid I have ever seen in my life.  I still have to sneak grilled chicken into his grilled cheese lol.

    Dan and I are going to see Jack Johnson next month!! You have no idea how excited I am.  I just love him.  I seriously listen to him everyday and never ever get tired of any of his songs.  Weird.  He really relaxes me which is what I need.
    There are still seats available if anyone would like to join us.

  • well, gracie is back.  she has gotten so big!  It was such a nice break to ust have one child but we really missed her!  I'm happy to have my beautiful girl back.  Even though her room is already a mess and I had it just perfect when she came home
